Pricing

Every feature on every plan; pay only for volume. Free to 10,000 MAU, then $5 per 1,000 MAU, dropping to $2.50 per 1,000 above 250,000 — automatically, on the same invoice. No seats, no projects, no gates. Full details and calculator: the pricing page on your dashboard host (/pricing).

A monthly active user is a subscriber with any activity in a calendar month — session, event, or delivered message — counted once, by the same meter that generates the invoice (GET /v1/org/usage, preview at GET /v1/org/invoice-preview).

Email allowance. Email is built in (platform-managed sending): every workspace gets 20,000 delivered emails per month included, then $1 per 1,000 as a metered line on the same invoice. Workspaces without a payment method pause email sends at the allowance (suppressed events with reason email_cap) until billing is connected or the month rolls over. SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, and RCS run on your own provider accounts — you pay those providers directly and WingBlaze never marks up carrier fees; push is free.

Payment

Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Add payment method opens Stripe-hosted checkout — card data never touches WingBlaze. Invoices are generated monthly from the meter and charged automatically; history lives in the same settings card and at GET /v1/org/billing.

White-label & client workspaces

For agencies and resellers:

• Client workspaces — fully isolated orgs created under yours (POST /v1/org/clients or Settings → Client workspaces). Each has its own API keys, team and data; your key never reads their data.
• Consolidated billing — client usage rolls into your invoice at the combined volume rate. Clients are never billed directly.
• Branding — product name, logo, and accent color applied across the dashboard (PATCH /v1/org/branding), inherited by client workspaces until they override; optionally hide WingBlaze branding entirely.
